Broc came out to assess our attic ventilation and condensation issue. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and offered a solution. We are looking forward to working with him to get it all fixed and feel confident that he will help us as best he can.
Expeditious service! Called at 0900, tech arrived at 1100, problem fixed by 1300. Was not an easy diagnosis, either. The tech proved knowledgeable and experienced, well spoken with polite mannerisms, and found an inexpensive, efficient means of fixing my issues. 5/5 would definitely call again. Thanks for making my home cold again!
Edit: I called again, about one month later, and it’s the same result. This time my drain line was clogged. Called about 0840, arrived earlier than expected after contacting me to confirm the earlier time. I had Brock the first time, and Camoran the second time. Both had the same level of service and I’m glad we have this company in Victoria. 5/5 again!

I was in desperate need of someone to come and fix our AC unit. For two days we called referrals, top picks, everything and kept getting gouged on prices and long wait times for service days to even weeks . I finally contacted Brock with true air late in the afternoon and although he was tied up he offered to come by as soon as he was finished! Once he arrived, this young man spent almost 5 hours going through every possible mechanical component and running every possible test he could think of, and finally confirmed that it would be a very simple fix, and then proceeded to go into very good detail about the system components and how everything needs to work! He got our air conditioner running better than ever and didn’t even have to replace anything major! I will always recommend these guys to anyone and everyone I know!
Of course, the A/C stopped working on a Saturday evening on a holiday weekend! Called and the phone was answered, even on a weekend! Brock told me someone would be out to our home the next morning before noon, and Carl showed up right on time. He had the necessary part to repair our system and was done quickly. Reasonably priced, prompt service. Will be scheduling a twice yearly maintenance since the company we used went out of business. Thank you True Air!
The A/C unit in my mother's home went out and I gave True Air a call to come take a look. Broc came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and tried to repair the system. Broc went above and beyond trying different methods to repair the system. Unfortunately my mother's old 20+ year old A/C system was to far gone to be repairable. Broc set us up with a new installation for a great price and he and his team got the system set up in a couple days. Broc and his team were professional, polite and didn't try to up sell me any work that wasn't needed. He even worked with me on my payment options. If I could give more stars I would. Definitely recommend True Air for all your HVAC needs.
